PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE BOROUGH OF CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Cambridge Springs (the “Borough”), pursuant to the Sunshine Act and the Local Government Unit Debt Act, the Act of July 12, 1972, as amended and reenacted by the Act of April 28, 1978, Number 52, (the “Debt Act”) will hold a special joint meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Cambridge Springs, the Township of Cambridge and the Cambridge Area Joint Authority on June 3, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. local time, at the offices of the Borough of Cambridge Springs, 161 Carringer Street, Cambridge Springs, PA 16403. Borough Council will consider enactment of an Ordinance of which this notice is a summary, approving the issuance by the Cambridge Area Joint Authority of its $2,153,639 Guaranteed Sewer Revenue Note, Series of 2013, (the “2013 Note”), to PNC Bank, N.A.
