At that time, the bids will be opened publicly and read out loud. Separate bids will be required on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: • 04 01 00 Exterior Restoration and Cleaning • 07 52 00 Roofing A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2013 @ 2:00 PM at the Crawford County Courthouse, 903 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA in the Assembly Room for the purpose of reviewing the project and answering bidders questions.
