REQUESTING BIDS The City of Richmond, KY will accept sealed bids for the purchase and installation of Tower Clock Timepieces & Hands and a Digital Electronic Carillon for the Hall of Justice. Specifications can be obtained on the second floor of City Hall, 239 West Main Street from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. beginning December 8, 2014 and ending December 15, 2014. Bids shall be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on December 17, 2014. Bids will be opened on December 18, 2014. The successful bidder will be notified on December 19, 2014.
