PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Section 360-64 of the Code of Public Laws of Allegany County, Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Allegany County will be accepting testimony on a Text Amendment at a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. County staff requests that text be added to Code Section 360-92 regulating the location and arrangement of Solar Energy Systems. Two definitions related to Solar Energy Systems are requested to be added to Code Section 360-59. The hearing will take place in Room 100 of the County Office Building, located at 701 Kelly Road, Cumberland MD. Interested parties are welcome to attend and may view the proposed text amendment at the County Web Page at gov.allconet.org or by contacting the Division of Planning Services at 301-876-9546.
