PUBLIC NOTICE DISSOLUTION NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all interested parties: (1) that the voluntary dissolution proposal of Haemer Tool & Die, Inc. of Saegertown, a Pennsylvania corporation with a registered office at 19990 State Highway 198, P.O. Box 291, Saegertown, PA 16433, has been unanimously recommended and approved by its board of directors, and unanimously approved by its shareholders; and (2) that this corporation is now engaged in winding up and settling its affairs so that its corporate existence shall be ended by the issuance of a Certificate of Dissolution by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the provisions of the Business Corporation Law of 1988 as amended.
