
PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, will conduct two hearings on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the West Mead Township Building located at 1150 Morgan Village Road in West Mead Township, to consider (1) an application of Mark Lilly for a Variance from the side yard setback requirements of section 505.4(c) of the West Mead Township Zoning Ordinance in order to construct a new garage approximately 8 feet from the side yard property line on property owned by applicant and located at 775 Gasteiger Road, in the Low Density Residential Zoning District in West Mead Township; and (2) an application of Michael Sutton for a Variance from the setback requirements of section 504.1(c) of the West Mead Township Zoning Ordinance in order to provide a barn for housing horses approximately 25 feet from the side yard property line and a fence for the grazing area approximately 10 feet from the side yard property lines and the road right of way on property owned by applicant and located at 21677 Star Route 27, in the Rural Residential Zoning District, in West Mead Township. The applications will be considered in accordance with the Variance provisions of Section 1005.3 of the West Mead Township Zoning Ordinance and other applicable legal standards.
