Washington St. Paul, IN 47272 Buyer intends to petition for a tax deed and ask that a tax deed be issued by the appropriate Decatur County authorities on or after October 26, 2018. This date shall act as the expiration date for the period of redemption by the land owner. As the currently listed owner, you have the ability to redeem this property within the statutory time period, that bemg wlthin one (1) year of the date of the tax sale (October 26, 2016). In order to redeem the property, the sale amount of $8,845.57 plus a ten per cent (10%) premium must be paid.
