No. 2013 - 460 ACTION OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE COMPLAINT 1. Plaintiff is Andover Bank, 1900 Public Square, Andover, OH 44003. 2. Defendant is Timothy J. Marino, 491 Linda Ave., Espyville, PA 16424. 3. Andover Bank, brings this action to foreclose a mortgage dated August 11, 2000, between Marino and Andover Bank. 4. The land subject to the mortgage is Lots 490, 491 and 492 of the Tuttle Plan of Lots, North Shenango Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. 5. The mortgage is in default because payments have not been made since February 5, 2013. 6. All of the required notices have been sent to Defendant. 7. The total amount due to Plaintiff is $24,370.40, which includes interest, late charges and attorneys fees. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant, Timothy J. Marino, in the amount of $24,370.40 together with additional interest on or after May 14, 2013 in the amount of $4.65 per day and a judicial sale of the subject property.
